The Production Manager – MT-POD leads and manages the full factory production of modular prefabricated building systems at Metaform Industries LLC.

This includes: Structural steel frames Wall and roof panels Floor systems Architectural finishes Coordination of MEP integration Ensures efficient production planning, quality compliance, cost control, and on-time delivery of MT-POD projects in line with client specifications and fast-track schedules.

Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Factory Operations Plan, organize & control all factory production activities. Develop & monitor detailed production schedules. Optimize manpower, machinery, materials & space. Track production targets & implement corrective actions. Workforce Management Lead, supervise & motivate factory teams. Manage staffing, skill development & performance evaluations. Quality Control & Technical Compliance Implement & maintain quality standards & procedures. Ensure all production meets specifications, client needs & regulations. Coordination with Engineering, Procurement & Projects Collaborate with engineering, procurement & project teams. Support project-specific technical requirements & modifications. Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental regulations. Promote a safety-first culture in all operations. Cost Control & Continuous Improvement Monitor production costs & implement savings measures. Identify & execute process improvements to boost efficiency & quality.
