Job Summary

1. Responsible for Batch manufacturing Powder/liquid as per production plan and ensure full adherence of producing planned orders
2. Ensure the full compliance to the company Quality and EHS procedures & Control Requirements and all polices.
3. His working area in Production units powder/Liquid .

• Responsible for Batch manufacturing Powder/liquid as per production plan and ensure full adherence of producing planned orders
• Ensure the full compliance to the company Quality and EHS procedures & Control Requirements and all polices.

Scope:

• Report to Production Team leader.
• Responsible for achieving production plan
• Full compliance with EHS and Quality procedures and Policies

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for batch manufacturing following Quality and EHS procedures
• Full adherence to agreed production plan without any delay
• Follow and stick to agreed leave plan and not taking any unauthorized leave
• Responsible for implementing cleaning and sanitization procedures during equipment cleaning and during changeovers
• Follow all quality procedures related and not limited to ILVT, HACCP, CCZ, GMP
• Maintain organized and clean working environment by following Quality, GMP and 5S rules and procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all safety guidelines are updated according to standards and having these strictly implemented throughout job site.
• Reporting immediately for any quality, EHS observation and machine breakdowns to his supervisor
• Conducted Production manager for any safety, quality or compliance issues.
