Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Follow the safety & Quality norms of company.
  • Have capability to calculate ingredient based on batch size.
  • Recipe & ingredient knowledge.
  • Know operation of Mixing, CIP, Processing plant [PHE] operation.
  • Monitor performance to production schedules & inventory of raw materials.
  • To keep close watch on physical stock of products & Follow FIFO methodology
  • Online product quality check.
  • To look after general cleanliness of the plant, machine, & equipment.
  • Meet production KPI [Increase Yield, Reduce wastage, Increase productivity]
  • Coordination with Maintenance & allied department.
  • Utilization of product recovery.
  • To take prompt action in case of any machine breakdowns.
  • Ensure that raw materials & finished products are not exposed to sunlight unnecessarily.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance is undertaken on a regular basis to avoid stoppage of work.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Higher secondary school
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in food & beverages industry.
