Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate production workflow
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delays
Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to meet production demand
Assign workers and staff to specific production operations
Monitor output (finished products, defect rates, etc.)
Prepare and submit production status and performance reports
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other departments
Evaluate purchase orders to create effective production schedules
Address and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays
Coordinate production operations based on material, labor, and equipment availability
Recommend solutions to reduce costs and improve production processes and product quality
Adjust production schedules to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Industrial Technology or a related field
Proven experience as a Production Planner
Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office
Desired Candidate Profile
