Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules, considering material availability, equipment capacity, and labor resources to optimize efficiency.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the production process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and sales, to align production plans with demand forecasts.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize costs and prevent stockouts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering, or a related field is essential.
- Possess relevant certifications like APICS CPIM or CSCP, demonstrating expertise in production and inventory management.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in production planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in the industry, with experience in manufacturing or a related field.
