Production & Quality Manager

Production Planning and Organization:

• Develop and monitor production schedules based on customer orders.
• Optimize production flows and manage raw material supplies.
• Coordinate production teams and distribute tasks.
• Manage stocks of finished products and raw materials.

Food Quality and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and food safety standards.
• Supervise quality controls at each stage of production.
• Ensure complete traceability of products.
• Implement and monitor corrective actions in case of non-compliance.

Team management:

• To supervise and lead the production team.
• Organize staff training on best practices.
• evaluate performance and support skills development.
• Ensure internal communication and reporting to management.

Continuous Improvement and Performance:

• Analyze performance indicators (yield, quality, costs).
• Propose and implement actions to improve processes.
• Optimize production costs while maintaining quality.
• Participate in investment projects and equipment modernization.

Maintenance and equipment:

• Supervise the preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Coordinate with technical services for interventions.
• Ensure the conformity and good condition of the installations.
