Job Responsibilities & Tasks 1. Core Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Transport mixing material from the Mixing Unit to machines, ensuring continuous feeding (Extrusion).

• Provide ORM, packing material, machine accessories, and ink buckets as needed.

• Load WIP (Work in Progress) rolls on the machine (Printing/Cutting).

• Unload rolls or bags and pack them according to the required packing mode.

• Weigh products and record the weight on the product label.

• Monitor the machine and product during production and report any defects to the concerned personnel to ensure quality.

• Return leftover materials and machine accessories to their designated places inside the section to maintain proper Sorting and Set in Order.

• Collect, weigh, and segregate the waste; report the waste figure to the operator for inclusion in the Production Report.

• Perform 5S duties as instructed by the Operator and Lead Operator to maintain and sustain 5S standards.

• Segregate products under "Hold" based on internal rejection feedback.

• Clean printing machine parts according to the set Work Instructions to ensure cleanliness and readiness for next use (applicable for Printing Helper).

2. Food Safety

• Ensure that cleanliness in the plant is maintained at an acceptable standard at all times.

• Ensure that the section shift adheres to the hygiene policy and Food Safety requirements.

• Report any unsafe acts or incidents to the Team Leader.

3. Safety

• Become familiar with the health and safety procedures relevant to your function and work.

• Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi labor laws and safety legislation.

• Contribute to OH&S activities and attend all safety meetings as required.

• Attend all training provided by the company.

• Report all incidents, near misses, unsafe acts or conditions to your direct supervisor, or to the camp boss if related to accommodation.

• Correct unsafe conditions immediately if it is safe to do so.

• Ensure all safety precautions are in place before beginning any task.

• Refuse to perform any work when unsafe conditions exist.

• Always use the required PPE and safety equipment.

• Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles before each use.

• Be familiar with the emergency response plan and know the location of first aid and firefighting equipment.

4. Job Dynamics & Interfaces

• Internal: Coordination with all production section team members.

5. Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

• Education & Experience:
  Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Preferably acquired through primary level education.

6. Special Working Conditions

• Must be able to work alternating shifts.

• Must be in good physical condition and capable of working in high-stress environments.
