Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan organize and oversee daily production operations.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets.
Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
supervise production staff provide guidance and conduct performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw materials
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for production principles.
3-7 years of experience in production processes, machinery and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience in budget management, cost control, and inventory management.
