Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Direct daily production activities to maintain smooth operations and ensure resources are used effectively.
Prepare and adjust production schedules in line with customer orders, stock levels, and material supply.
Work closely with other departments such as maintenance, purchasing, quality control, and logistics to keep processes aligned.
Review and interpret production reports to spot inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at boosting output, cutting waste, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Manage raw material and spare parts inventory to balance cost control with uninterrupted production flow.
