Supervise daily production operations in tinplate can manufacturing lines.

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor machine efficiency, downtime, and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Lead, train, and manage production operators and shift manpower.
• Maintain product quality as per customer and company specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
• Reduce material wastage and improve productivity through process control.
• Prepare daily production reports and update management on performance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in tinplate can manufacturing is required
