We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer (L3) with strong expertise in: ✔ SQL Query Optimization ✔ Grafana, Kibana & Prometheus ✔ ELK / Elasticsearch Observability ✔ JVM Tuning & Performance Troubleshooting ✔ Redis Troubleshooting ✔ Kubernetes / Docker ✔ Distributed Logging in Microservices Environment ✔ RCA & Forward Recovery Handling � Location: Dubai � Experience: 8+ Years
