Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Familiar with Jira Service Management (JSM).

  • Knowledge of ITSM Systems IT Service Management Systems.
  • ITIL Certification or similar ITIL practices (Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem.
  • Knowledge in SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  • Report generation using Jira Dashboards or Others.
  • Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members.
  • Manages issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure no SLA Escalation.
  • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure all project targets and requirements are met.
  • Bachelor s degree in IT or Technical Related.
  • Computer & Digital Literacy (functional knowledge of using a computer and its hardware/software.br> digital platforms to find information.
