Program Counsellor

One of our clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for Program Counsellor, to achieve recruitment targets for the Global MBA programmer, Executive Education short business courses, and other programmer offered by the university.

The post holder will play a key role within the Recruitment, Marketing, Business Development, and Admissions teams, supporting prospective students throughout the recruitment lifecycle from initial enquiry through application to enrolment while ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives to maintain a strong pipeline of prospective applicants.
• Provide professional counselling and guidance to prospective students through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and recruitment activities.
• Support prospective students throughout the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Focus on converting high-quality applications in line with recruitment targets.
• Monitor and improve conversion ratios from enquiries to applications and enrolments.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring all required documentation and deadlines are met.
