About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Admissions Counsellor to join our Dubai team. This is a hardcore telesales and online-meeting-focused role — you will be the first point of contact for prospective students (medical professionals and doctors) and will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrolments through persuasive consultation, structured follow-ups, and virtual deal-closing.

Key Responsibilities
Telesales & Outreach
Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads — doctors, surgeons, and medical professionals — to introduce and promote Medicity's training programmes.
Conduct structured discovery calls to understand each prospect's clinical background, learning goals, and eligibility.
Follow up persistently and professionally with warm leads across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, email).
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or admissions counselling — preferably in healthcare, medical education, or EdTech.
Demonstrated ability to close sales over phone and video calls in a target-driven environment.
Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills in English (spoken and written).
Comfortable managing a high call volume daily and handling objections confidently.
Experience using a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Prior exposure to the medical or healthcare training industry.
Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or any other language is a strong advantage.
Experience working with international clients or a multicultural audience.
