Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead strategic programs including market expansion, partner integrations, and enterprise client implementations in the Middle East
- Develop comprehensive program plans with milestones, budgets, resource allocations, and success criteria
- Manage relationships with regional partners, government entities, and enterprise clients to ensure program success
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and operations to deliver program outcomes
- Establish program governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and executive review processes
- Identify and mitigate program risks, managing escalations and course corrections proactively
Desired Candidate Profile
7+ years of program management experience with at least 2 years in the Middle East or Gulf region
- Proven experience managing strategic programs with budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional scope
- Strong understanding of the Middle East technology market, regulatory environment, and business culture
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-suite executives and government officials
- Proficiency in program management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile at scale)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
