Roles & Responsibilities

Hub Delivery allows local small businesses to partner with our company to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging delivery channel and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.


Our team is seeking a Program Manager to support execution and standardization of operational launches across multiple stakeholder teams. This individual will work with cross-functional leaders to gain alignment on common practices, policies, and prioritization across various central teams including planning, operations, change management, and business development.

The role will structurally lead charters focused on cash and package hygiene, address quality defects, performance management (including offboarding of underperforming partners and strengthening quality onboarding mechanisms), and improving operational reliability.

The ideal candidate should combine strong program management expertise with operational rigor and data-driven decision-making to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability at scale.


Key Responsibilities


  • Adapt to rapidly changing inputs and business requirements

  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure the proper balance between operational efficiency and stakeholder experience

  • Leverage planning and communication tools to provide transparency to key stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic Qualifications


  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) at an advanced level

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with technical and non-technical teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
