Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
Should have experience handling at least 4 to 5 projects.
Experience in solving problems related to web-based and application-based systems.
Must have experience handling all the tech leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred only female candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working closely with the project sponsor and cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, and the work plan. Strategize and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
IT skills - Agile, Jira, Excel (Pivot Tables, V -Look, Ups), SQL
Analyze, evaluate, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
Preferred only female candidates.
