Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to strategize, implement, and oversee multiple technology-driven initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience handling web-based and application-based projects, managing cross-functional teams, and driving delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement, and manage program initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee multiple project teams and ensure program goals are achieved within defined timelines.
- Handle at least 4-5 projects simultaneously with effective stakeholder coordination.
- Work closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, work plans, and required resources.
- Maintain organizational standards of quality, performance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets and funding channels to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze and resolve challenges across web-based and application-based technology projects.
- Lead and coordinate with Tech Leads to ensure seamless technical execution.
- Generate and present program performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and manage dependencies across internal teams and external vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 4+ years of program/project management experience in IT environments.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams.
- Strong IT project management experience in web and application-based solutions.
- Experience managing multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
