Roles & Responsibilities

Manage client accounts & projects

Support content / course development

Account & Project Management

  • Oversee end-to-end project management of digital learning initiatives, including e-learning courses, virtual training, and blended learning programs.
  • Manage projects through all the project stages Planning, Execution, Tracking, Reporting and closing.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Report on project status and flag delays in advance to management
  • Coordinate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Vendor Management for Digital Learning project related outsourcing
  • Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • rack and report project milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Manage effective project communication and project deliveries
  • Co-Ordinate with internal teams to ensure projects delivered as per the set timeline
  • Support business development from new leads and existing accounts.
  • Perform the role of Digital Learning SME and support business development team.
  • Manage customer projects and new requirements effectively Secondary Responsibilities Business Development
  • Support in creating business development strategy and business development from new leads by providing effective product / solution presentation, proposal preparation and follow-ups.
  • Generate leads / support lead generation through social media and SEO. Content Development
  • Work with customer subject matter experts to identify learning and instructional goal
  • Suggest learning solutions based on client needs


Desired Candidate Profile

The Digital Learning Project Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital learning projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing e-learning projects. The role need to have strong project management skills, a solid understanding of learning technologies, instructional design, and experience with learning management systems (LMS).
