Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management and operations of the project company. This role ensures the oversight of the Data Centre construction and subsequent operations within the agreed safety standards, budget, timeline, and quality, while managing and optimizing resources mitigating risks to maximize value and manage the project profitably in accordance with the business plan approved by the shareholders.

• Develop and implement strategic plans that align project goals with Data Volt s objectives, ensuring effective execution, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Board members, employees, contractors, officials, regulatory agencies, and external partners to facilitate seamless project execution and alignment with key stakeholders expectations.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term financial strategies in line with the Board s guidance, while managing the budget and providing regular reports on financial performance and capital project needs.
• Partner with the Strategic Design and Delivery Services team and support them in the successful construction and delivery of the project, ensuring compliance with financial, operational, construction, and employment-related regulations.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success and sustainability, while ensuring full adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and codes in coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Ensure effective oversight of daily operations, holding teams accountable for resource optimization, adherence to safety and environmental standards, and overall operational excellence.
• Oversee the selection, training, and performance management of staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
• Represent the Project Company at industry and other relevant events.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• Minimum of 15 years in digital infrastructure, utilities, or related industries, including 8+ years in leadership roles encompassing project management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of legal and industry regulations.
• Ability to work in both office and field environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Readiness to reside within a reasonable distance from the project site to ensure physical presence during critical events
