Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Lead and mentor the project controls team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  2. Develop and implement effective project control systems aligned with business objectives.
  3. Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery against milestones and performance targets.
  4. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on outcomes.
  5. Provide clear, timely reporting and communication to senior management on project status and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  2. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project controls, project management, or related fields.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in project management and control tools.
