Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project managers in organizing and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and successful completion. This position plays a pivotal role in facilitating communication between team members, tracking project progress, and implementing effective project management practices to achieve organizational goals. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure seamless coordination of daily tasks, fostering a conducive work environment for increased productivity and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization.
- Responsible for contracts, CRM systems, raising PRs, memos, etc.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document minutes to keep stakeholders informed of project status, decisions, and action items.
- Coordinate logistics for project-related activities, such as meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and material preparation.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project planning, decision-making, and evaluation of project outcomes.
- Support project closure activities, including documentation archiving, lessons learned sessions, and final reporting, to facilitate knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
- Other duties as needed or required, and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment. (Add if applicable and weightage to be assigned).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
