Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensuring projects are completed on time and in alignment with internal processes and continuous improvement practices;br> Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, discussing technical issues, communicating project costs and negotiating timelines and sample requirements, as needed;br> Supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing concerns proactively and resolving issues to ensure a smooth customer experience;br> Applying a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen processes, optimize workflows, and improve project completion efficiency;br> Building up easy tools to ensure that the right documentation list is available, as well as process paths;br> Combining understanding of customer s needs and different program s requirements to identify the right process path for each project;br> Providing point-of-access support to address any local acceptance issues and ensuring successful market access./p>
Desired Candidate Profile
Native Arabic speaker with strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Completed vocational training in business, administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities, with an interest in contributing innovative ideas and practical solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work within and adapt to different international standards, rules, and regulatory requirements, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs and expectations, demonstrating customer focused mindset
Commitment and ability to meet all deadlines and to quickly respond to priority issues.
