Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Track progress of deliverables and flag delays or issues to the PM.
- Support vendor coordination and logistics for project execution.
- Monitor project costs, invoices, and assist in budget tracking.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and quality controls.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate PMP certified (or working towards certification).
- 2 4 years experience in project coordination within IT/system integration.
- Exposure to IT infra, networking, cybersecurity, CCTV, and cabling.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
- Arabic speaker preferred; male candidates prioritized (per client requirement).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
