Full Project Lifecycle: Acting as the Project Manager from sales intake through to delivery and final project completion. Technical Drawing & Design: Utilizing AutoCAD to provide inputs for shop drawings and reviewing them for technical accuracy before client submission. On-Site Surveys: Conducting physical site inspections to verify frame supports, clearances, and finish requirements before mobilizing the installation crew. Stakeholder Management: Professional communication with consultants, contractors, and end-users to maintain the company’s global brand image. Procurement & Logistics: Ordering materials, following up on production, and updating customers on delivery timelines. Leadership: Directly leading a team of installation technicians for projects across the UAE. Documentation: Managing all technical paperwork, including WIRs (Work Inspection Reports), MIRs (Material Inspection Reports), O&M Manuals, and T&C (Testing & Commissioning) reports. Core Requirements Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B-Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience specifically with industrial doors, docking systems, and high-speed doors. Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License is essential due to the multi-emirate nature of the projects. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Safety: Strong implementation of HSE standards at all project sites. Language: High level of professional English (speaking, reading, and writing).
