Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Project cum Admin Coordinator (Female) to support day-to-day project operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Track project timelines, prepare progress reports, follow up with internal teams, and ensure deliverables are met.
Manage documentation, scheduling, correspondence, and office operations.
Coordinate with clients, schedule meetings, and maintain professional communication.
Maintain project files, prepare presentations, and support management with accurate reporting.
Liaise with suppliers, track orders, and support procurement activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
