Lead and manage large-scale development projects from inception to completion

• Drive programme strategy, planning, and execution to ensure successful delivery
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all phases
• Manage budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation at programme level
• Act as the primary client interface, building strong and trusted relationships

Requirements

• Ideally around 20 years experience in construction with a minimum of 15 years.
• Must have worked on a large cultural heritage and / or museum development programme.
• Proven track record as a strong>Project Director/strong> or equivalent role on strong>major development / infrastructure programmes/strong>
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• International consultancy or client-side experience highly desirable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• strong>Middle East Experience is not essential/strong>
