Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, development and delivery sports arena projects, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to drive project delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
  • Develop project execution plans, identifying key milestones and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and changes, facilitating effective communication with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote successful project outcomes.
  • Implement project management best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future project performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project management and must have delivered at least one sports arena/stadium project from design to handover stage
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale sports assets projects,
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
