Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise on-site works including subcontractors and daily activities.

  • Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

  • Take ownership of site activities from execution to completion and handover.

  • Carry out daily inspections and report to Project Manager.

  • Monitor and control material delivery, storage, and release.

  • Ensure materials received meet required quality and quantity.

  • Strong knowledge of false ceiling systems, gypsum partitions, and internal & external painting systems.

  • Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • UAE Driving License.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
