Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for managing and overseeing the entire fitting-out and onsite installation operations and ensure the efficiency of different fit out and installation process

  • Facilitating smooth co-ordination of the Projects & Fit Out Department with Head Office with respect to the following activities:-

§  With Finance department for progressive billing of jobs

§  With Inventory for raw material required for respective jobs

§  With Procurement for purchase of local and international products required for production as well as projects

§  With Design for clarification on different design aspects and to understand customer requirements and for site insprections and supervision

§  With Administration department at HO for procurement planning of general items including office supplies, pantry supplies, etc.

§  With Project sales for regular communications with clients at outside locations

  • Ensuring adherence to the organization/Departments policies and procedures and whilst working on site

·       Act as primary contact for customer queries and concerns Prioritize, plan and coordinate project development activities according to customer requirements.

·       Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and report and escalate to management as needed

  • Manage and ensure quality standards of the fitting out and installation process

·       Ensure projects activities are delivered in line with the project plan, budget and indicators of success

·       Assess potential risks and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans.

·       Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner

  • Ensuring healthy, safe and hygienic working conditions for the site staff with assistance from the Safety Officer

  • Tracking the progress of site installation to initiate billing activity.

  • Allocating works to team with respect to their experience / capacity

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge of project management processes, principles, and techniques.


·       Ability to compose business correspondence, reports, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to efficiently prepare and demonstrate information and answer to questions from clients and diverse customers.

  • Must conform to timelines, demands, and shifting priorities through problem solving and analytical capabilities.

  • Should react to project alterations and adjustments promptly and efficiently.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them in a high-pressure environment.

  • Knowledge of engineering drawings and design methods
