Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage construction activities on-site

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams

  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards

  • Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications

  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

  • Review BOQ, shop drawings, and material submittals

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and local authority regulations

  • Prepare progress reports and update project management regularly

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum 9–12 years of experience in civil construction and project execution

  • Strong experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects

  • Proven experience in site supervision, project coordination, and contractor management

  • Good knowledge of construction methods, BOQ, shop drawings, and material submittals

  • Experience in QA/QC, site inspections, and progress monitoring

  • Familiarity with local authority regulations and safety standards
