Position Overview


As a Project Engineer - Water and Wet Utilities based in Riyadh, you will play a leading role in managing and executing complex infrastructure projects related to water distribution, wastewater management, and wet utilities. What You ll Do

* Lead design, planning, and development of water and wet utility infrastructure, aligning with local and international regulations
* Perform technical assessments, feasibility studies, and site inspections to guide strategic project decisions
* Manage project execution from initiation to handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies to obtain permits and maintain operational readiness
* Oversee cost estimation, procurement, and budget control for labor, materials, and equipment
* Track environmental impacts and enforce sustainable engineering standards across all phases
* Mentor junior engineers and foster collaboration across design, construction, and QA teams
* Conduct inspections and quality control procedures during construction and operations
* Deliver comprehensive progress reports and represent the company in stakeholder meetings
* Identify and mitigate risks related to scheduling, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master s or PMP/PE certification is an advantage
* Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in water/wet utilities engineering, including large-scale project management
* Expertise in water treatment, wastewater design, and regulatory frameworks (local and international)
* Proficient with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, EPANET, and hydraulic modeling tools; familiarity with GIS is a plus
* Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex engineering challenges
* Strong knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient water infrastructure practices
* Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
* Must be a Saudi national
