Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong academic foundation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying, showcasing practical application and industry knowledge.
• Demonstrates experience in construction surveying, boundary surveying, and topographic surveying, highlighting versatility.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software, illustrating technical expertise.
• Exhibits strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of resolving complex surveying challenges.
• Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, specifically within the landscaping or related construction industries; experience matters.
• Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and related surveying equipment, along with experience in data processing software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D; technical aptitude is essential.
• Has a strong understanding of boundary law, property descriptions, and legal principles related to land surveying; legal knowledge is beneficial.
• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors; communication is key.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team; accuracy is paramount.
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze complex surveying challenges and develop effective solutions; problem-solving is crucial.
• Exhibits physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, as surveying often involves field work; physical capability is necessary.
• Has a good understanding of the local codes and regulations related to land surveying and construction; local knowledge is advantageous.
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi projects.
