Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Surveying operations for the entire project.
✔ Oversee site measurements, boundary assessments, and topographical surveys.
✔ Ensure accuracy in mapping, layout planning, and geospatial data collection.
✔ Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
✔ Ensure compliance with international surveying standards and regulations.
✔ Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software for data analysis.
✔ Prepare detailed reports, maps, and survey documents.
✔ Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years in land surveying, with leadership in large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in luxury hotel or commercial building projects.
- Preferred: Work experience in GCC Region.
