Project Manager- Aldar Linkviva

As Project Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of your own events, as well as managing workstreams within larger projects. You play an active role in pitch development and are accountable for timelines, budgeting, supplier coordination, and quality control. You ensure that all project elements are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Ownership

• Independently manage the planning and execution of small to medium-scale events or lead key workstreams on large-scale projects.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are tightly managed.
• Take full accountability for internal coordination, client satisfaction, and successful delivery.

Client & Supplier Coordination

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners to manage requirements, feedback, and approvals.
• Own supplier scopes of work and ensure coordination with the procurement team for sourcing.
• Build productive relationships to ensure alignment and efficiency across all touchpoints.

Budget Management & Reporting

• Track project budgets using internal tools.
• Monitor committed vs. forecast costs and manage changes.
• Write BOQs and scopes of work in detail and submit to procurement accurately.
• Support reconciliation post-event, ensuring all cost data is accurate and reported to finance.

Timeline & Workflow Management

• Create and manage detailed project schedules, allocating responsibilities across departments and tracking progress.
• Update risk logs and identify resource gaps.
• Ensure live plans, permits, and approvals are kept on schedule and in sync with delivery needs.

Pitch Support & Planning

• Contribute to proposals by preparing realistic project timelines, estimated costs, and delivery strategies.
• Use insights from previous events to inform planning and strategies to deliver winning pitches.

Masterplan Ownership

• Compile and maintain the event masterplan including site maps, contact lists, safety protocols, schedules, and permit trackers.
• Ensure all live delivery documentation is version-controlled and accessible to key stakeholders.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Champion the use of data to enhance planning, forecasting, client communication, and team performance.
• Use insights from past projects to inform scoping, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Encourage direct reports to integrate KPIs and analytics into their workflows.
