Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
o Develop comprehensive project plans for civil works, including HDD, open-cut excavation (Rocky, Asphalt, Tile, Green Area), and reinstatement. o Oversee the scheduling of cable pulling to align with civil progress. o Manage the full lifecycle of Manhole construction, ensuring strict adherence to specs for steel reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, waterproofing, and internal finishing. o Ensure concrete protection works and marker pole installations are executed per design standards. o Supervise the engineering team regarding Topographic Surveys, Setting-out/Demarcation, and final As-Built Surveys. o Handle Municipality Inspections (Road) and obtain necessary NOCs/permits. o Coordinate Shutdown Activities and area preparation to minimize public disruption. o Oversee Advising & Collaboration regarding technical issues and data support.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • Proven experience in Telecom OSP/Civil Infrastructure. • Strong knowledge of local municipality regulations. • Valid UAE driving license is must
