Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that outline scope, budget, and timeline while adapting to project changes.
- Oversee the procurement process, including evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental protections and building codes.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among engineers, architects, and laborers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced project management roles.
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly regarded.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering project management, demonstrating a track record of successful projects.
Experience in managing large-scale construction projects
