The Project Manager will lead and oversee administrative, and housing building projects from inception through handover.
The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in civil construction, and extensive experience delivering projects under Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee full-cycle project execution from initiation through closeout
• Manage resources, contracts, schedules, and budgets to ensure project success
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance
• Monitor cost, time, and scope performance indicators and lead corrective actions as needed
• Provide leadership in resolving technical and operational issues
• Deliver regular progress reports to internal stakeholders and senior management
