Job Description: Project Manager (Crypto & FinTech Projects) Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the execution of investment platform and ICO-related initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating development, marketing, compliance, and investor relations while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This role requires experience in managing cross-functional teams, familiarity with crypto/fintech ecosystems, and the ability to drive complex projects from inception to launch. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with project strategic roadmap. Manage and track project milestones, ensuring progress is communicated clearly to stakeholders. Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with the development team (smart contracts, dashboard, website, security audits). Liaise with external vendors (marketing agencies, audit firms, legal advisors). Coordinate with compliance and legal partners to align with VASP/ICO regulations. Operations & Reporting Lead weekly project review meetings and prepare bilingual progress reports. Manage documentation: whitepaper, investor decks, financial plans, and legal filings. Oversee communication between management, investors, and external stakeholders. Team Leadership Directly support the CEO and executive team in executing the business plan. Supervise team performance, allocate tasks, and ensure accountability. Foster a collaborative and transparent working environment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of managing crypto/fintech, blockchain, or investment projects. Strong knowledge of ICO/IEO/STO processes, tokenomics, and fund management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
