Project Manager - Data Consolidation Fugro Geotech Private Ltd..

Your role

• You collect, consolidate, standardise, and cleanse certification and training data across all MSC and MAI locations, ensuring data privacy compliant compliant processes;

• You prepare validated data for upload into a central secure repository and align formats with Workday and Onboard Tracker requirements;

• You coordinate with HR teams, access managers, and technical teams to ensure system readiness for the MVP and future modules;

• You develop and manage the full project plan, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies;

• You engage regional stakeholders to secure timely, accurate data inputs and maintain strong cross functional communication;

• You ensure a highly organised, independent approach to delivering a once off, large scale data preparation project;

• You bring proven project management experience, ideally in data migration or digital system rollout, with strong knowledge of workforce data, certifications, and HR systems such as Workday.
