Complete project management starting from pre-bid handover to delivery as per agreed scope of contract or PO.

Co-ordination with cross functional departments in ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Planning and defining the complete project scope after receipt of PO.

Co-ordination with clients, sub-vendors and other project stakeholders for smooth functioning of project.

Resource planning and developing the project schedules.

Develop and control the project budget. Managing project Risks and issues.

Follow up with client Account Receivables in case of delays.

Reporting to the GM, must be capable of managing and handling individual team of project engineers.

Ensure that all project stakeholders are motivated all the time for successful execution of project and assignments.

Participation in various meetings with clients during project execution on situational demand and make sure all project deliverables are taken care of as per project requirement.

Monitor the execution of the work, identifying any risks or opportunities in a timely manner.

Ensure Change management process is followed in case of any post order changes.

Ensure that the project documentation is correctly maintained.

Deal with contractual matters and client relations and lead till resolution.

Ensure that the work is carried out in a professional manner and in compliance with applicable contracts, Company policies and relevant laws and regulations. Departmental procedure and standard procedures to be followed.

Identify areas of concern with respect to progress of assigned projects and recommend corrective action wherever required.

Strategic influencing and working with vendors for successful execution of the project/proposals.

Controlling quality and benefits realization.

Work with Financial Planning and Analysis team to get final commercial closure report for project.

Conduct Project closure meetings and lesson learnt are captured in company database.

Implementation of Health and Safety management system.

Participation in Internal Audits.

Responsible for overall departmental operations in line with Health and Safety Management System.

Provides for motivation and familiarization of all departmental employees respecting the importance of complying with company procedures and policies.

Ensure the audit observations are completed within the time frame.

Take part in major accident / incident investigation & the implementation of control measures.
