Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the entire fit-out project lifecycle, from initial client brief to final handover, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks proactively, employing contingency plans and swift issue resolution to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, tracking progress against these baselines and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field to provide a strong foundation.
  • Holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, demonstrating proven project management expertise.
  • Minimum 5+ years of demonstrable experience in fit-out project management, showcasing hands-on experience and industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of fit-out industry standards, materials, and construction techniques.
