Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are clearly defined and communicated to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify project dependencies and critical paths to optimize resource allocation.
- Regularly update project plans and timelines based on progress, risks, and changes, providing transparent reports to all relevant parties.
- Facilitate project meetings to discuss timelines, deliverables, and resource needs, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus for advanced roles.
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) to validate expertise and commitment to the field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning or a related role, preferably within the construction or IT sectors.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar software to create and manage schedules effectively.
