Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Oversee site activities, contractors, and engineering teams
Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational issues
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety (HSE), quality, and regulatory standards
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and risk assessments
Manage project documentation and approvals
Drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement across projects
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 10 15 years of experience in EHV & HV substation projects (construction & execution)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects
- Experience in the Saudi market is preferred
- PMP or PMI certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of HSE and quality standards
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
