Position Overview

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology operations, managing vendor relationships, and leading software application and ERP implementation projects. This role ensures that IT systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end software and ERP implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to define requirements, project objectives, and success criteria.

• Oversee requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and go live activities for applications and ERP systems.

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.

• Monitor and enforce vendor compliance with contracts and SLAs while optimizing cost and service quality.

• Oversee daily IT operations to ensure stable, reliable, and secure system performance.

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to strengthen operational efficiency and governance.

• Proactively monitor system and application performance, addressing issues before they impact business operations.

• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and milestones clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

• Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects and operational tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.

• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, including audits and compliance checks with internal controls and industry standards.

• Identify and mitigate risks across IT operations, projects, and vendor relationships, ensuring cybersecurity and data protection compliance.
