Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing and managing assigned component projects.
Develop the scope of works and prepare comprehensive project plans.
Establish and monitor project programs, ensuring integration of requirements across all functions.
Oversee the execution of projects, manage budgets, and handle invoices.
Ensure timely project delivery and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders.
Liaise with authorities, entities, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
Well versed in Projects Control, Contracts and Commercial aspects of the Projects.
Attend Meetings with the Client, Consultants and Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of the Projects.
Liaison with the Authorities, Consultants and Contractors to resolve issues hindering works.
Identify risks, opportunities and mitigations.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience.
Proactive personality with a strong ability to resolve design and construction issues to support project delivery.
Proven experience in liaising with authorities, entities, and stakeholders.
Fluency in English is essential
Excellent writing and presentation skills
