Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in line with business objectives.
Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, testing, and operations.
Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure that documentation and reporting are complete and accurate.
Continuously improve project management practices and workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP certification is a plus.
3+ years of project management experience, ideally in fintech or software development.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Familiarity with financial industry compliance is a plus.br>
