Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases: coordination, shop drawings, procurement, production, installation, and close-out.
• Act as the main point of contact with clients, designers, consultants, and site teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical details; ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Plan schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all materials and works.
• Conduct site visits, verify dimensions, resolve technical issues, and anticipate risks.
• Prepare and follow up on RFIs, variations, reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate internally with design, production, factory supervisors, and installation teams.
• Ensure quality standards, safety, and cost control measures are maintained throughout the project.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in architectural millwork / high-end joinery (mandatory).
• Strong technical knowledge of wood, materials, details, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and architectural plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.
