Overview:


Senior Project Manager with nearly two decades of experience, including the last decade focused on delivering complex structural rehabilitation, strengthening, and infrastructure upgrade projects across the UAE. Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing the full technical, operational, and commercial aspects of project delivery. Skilled in value engineering, risk and contract management, and project governance within ISO-certified systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Holds MSc, PMP, MAPM, and OSHA 30-Hour certifications.

Technical Proficiency: Structural Rehabilitation & Retrofit | Structural Condition Assessments & Surveys | Design Coordination | Value Engineering | Sustainable Construction & Durability Management | Technical Interface with Stakeholders, Consultants & Authorities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Provide overall leadership from contract award to completion, coordinating internal disciplines, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve safe, compliant, and efficient project outcomes.

  2. Manage governance, risk, and change management processes, ensuring transparent reporting, timely decision making and stakeholder confidence throughout project execution.

  3. Maintain strong client and authority relationships, securing necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with statutory and technical requirements.

  4. Drive operational excellence through quality, health, safety, and environmental leadership under ISO triple certifications management systems.

  5. Mentor and develop Project Managers and Engineers, strengthening delivery capability and consistency across multidisciplinary teams.

  6. Lead the Project Engineer Career Development programme across the UAE and KSA, overseeing training, performance reviews, and career progression of emerging project leaders.

  7. Over the last five years, led multidisciplinary teams in the successful delivery of structural rehabilitation and strengthening projects valued at over AED 150M, ensuring technical, commercial, and safety objectives were met while maintaining a zero Lost Time Injury record across 2.7 million manhours.
