About your role:

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and delivery focused Project Manager to support client initiatives across the Middle East region. This role is based in Dubai and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, technology driven environment with high impact programmes.

The ideal candidate is curious by nature, eager to learn new technologies and ways of working, and capable of building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This role also requires a practical understanding of AI tools and the ability to apply them in day to day project management activities to automate routine tasks, improve reporting efficiency, and support better decision making.

What you ll do:

• Project Delivery & Coordination - Support the end to end delivery of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover. Maintain project schedules, action trackers, RAID logs, and delivery status updates. Ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved in line with agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Stakeholder & Client Engagement - Act as a key coordination point between internal delivery teams, clients, and third party partners. Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Support negotiations around scope, timelines, priorities, and day to day delivery matters. Proactively escalate risks and issues with well considered options and recommendations.
• Cross Functional Collaboration - Work closely with technology, product, operations, and support teams to ensure delivery alignment. Coordinate activities across onshore and offshore teams as required. Build positive working relationships based on trust, transparency, and accountability.
• AI Enabled Project Management - Use AI tools to: Automate project reporting, documentation, and status updates. Summarise meetings, actions, and risks .Support planning, forecasting, and dependency tracking. Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and technologies to improve project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience you ll need to have:

• Proven experience in project coordination or project management roles.
• Practical experience using AI or automation tools to improve productivity in professional work.

Experience that would be great to have:

• Exposure to technology led projects, financial services, or payments environments.
• Familiarity with standard project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Experience supporting client facing delivery teams.
